Steps to achieve an effective company.

We live in an era where the speed of change is increasing, which tests the ability to respond, take advantage of and adapt emerging opportunities. Thus, knowing how to measure and adjust the approach to action based on the value received by all stakeholders, including shareholders, it becomes clear that the company learns, since most employees are receivers and actors of a change management.

Only in this way can the transformation be managed, which is the result of achieving organizational effectiveness.

Organizational Effectiveness is the direct and synergistic result of the interaction of processes, systems, risks, structure, culture and people, so that the company develops by putting into action certain key elements:

1) The dynamic nature of the short, medium and long term objectives determined in the strategic process.

2) The approach to the client.

2) The alignment of goals, objectives, incentives, areas and people.

3) High management leadership with impact on results.

4) The alignment of talent to key positions to have the right people in the right position.

5) Evaluate the individual performance of groups, areas and company.

6) Identify areas that require improvement and make improvements.

Putting these elements into action implies a firm commitment from the managerial and managerial levels to make things happen in the time they should happen and with the available talent. Recall that an organization is simply a group of people who form the Human Capital, each person can be a driver of effectiveness whose talent is developable.

If there are capable and committed individuals, it is they who should be given the largest assignments, in such a way that individuals not so capable are put in trouble, given the opportunity to leave their comfort zone and not it is they who mark the traits of the organizational culture, that is, we must leave free way to create and develop a culture of achievement, results and rewards, only then the capable will develop, the incapable will leave and the not so capable will contribute to the goals of the company.
